Sidewalks shall be constructed on both sides of every street, including cul-de-sac streets. Sidewalks shall have a minimum thickness of five inches (5") and shall be five feet (5') wide. If a building permit has been issued within two (2) years of the recording of the final plat, the sidewalk must be installed within twelve (12) months of the issuance of the building permit. On lots for which no building permit has been issued, the sidewalk shall be installed within twenty four (24) months of recordation of the final plat. (Ord. 04-1244, 10-12-2004)
