The developer shall submit to the village, for staff review and comments, a preliminary plat prepared in conformance with this title. The planning and zoning commission shall consider the plat at a public meeting and make recommendations to the village president and board of trustees. The president and board of trustees shall review the preliminary plat and advise the developer of any conditions. Once the developer complies with any such conditions, the president and board of trustees shall approve or deny the plat. (Ord. 93-721, 12-14-1993; amd. Ord. 21-2023, 10-12-2021)
