11-1-8: PENALTIES:

Any person, who violates, omits, neglects, refuses or in any manner fails to comply with any of the provisions of these regulations shall be subject to the fines listed in Title 1, Chapter 4 of this code. In addition, the village shall have such other remedies as may be available at law and equity. (Ord. 93-721, 12-14-1993; amd. Ord. 21-2023, 10-12-2021)
