Any person who shall violate the provisions of this title shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate violation. For failure to apply for a required license or registration and/or failure to pay a required license or registration fee, the Village shall send notice of the violation via certified mail, return receipt requested, or via hand delivery and shall inform the person in violation that they have thirty (30) days in which to come into compliance; if the violation is not cured within thirty (30) days after such notice is sent, then the fine shall be the amount of the fee due and owing plus one hundred dollars ($100.00) and each day after that in which the violation continues there shall be a fine of ten dollars ($10.00) per day; these fines are in addition to any other penalty allowed by Federal, State, County or local law, or otherwise provided in this chapter.
