FRONT LOT LINE: In the case of an interior lot abutting upon only one street, the line separating such lot from the street; in the case of a through lot, each line separating such lot from a street shall be considered a front lot line; in the case of a corner lot, the shorter lot line separating such lot from a street shall be considered the front lot line.

LOT WIDTH: The minimum horizontal distance between the side lot lines of a lot measured within the lot boundary by a line passing through the center point of the building setback line.
REAR LOT LINE: The lot line most nearly parallel to and most distant from the front lot line.
