No licensee or registrant may assign, sell or transfer his or her license or registration to any other person, even if such other person intends to conduct the same business, occupation or activity as the licensee or registrant at the location used by the licensee or registrant. Such other person must apply and pay the fee for a new license or certificate of registration in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 08-1517, 11-11-2008)
