Every business, occupation and activity must be registered with the Village. Registration shall be included in all business licenses issued by the Village and a business license holder does not need to apply for a separate certificate of registration unless additional registration is required by section 3-1-13 of this chapter. Any business, occupation or activity not required to be licensed by the Village shall apply for a certificate of registration. The fee for a certificate of registration is thirty five dollars ($35.00). Registration fees shall become part of the General Corporate Fund upon collection. (Ord. 08-1517, 11-11-2008; amd.
