10-8-4: SCHEDULE OF PARKING REQUIREMENTS:

Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with minimum requirements as hereinafter set forth:

A.	Parking Class No. 1 - Residential Uses:
	Dwelling unit Dwelling, single-family detached Dwelling, two-family Duplex Dwelling, single-family attached Mobile home	2 parking spaces per each dwelling unit.
	Dwelling, multiple-family	2 parking spaces per each dwelling unit, plus additional parking spaces, as applicable, for the retail/service area in accordance with the provisions of subsections D and E of this section.
	Apartment hotel	1 parking space per each dwelling unit, plus additional parking spaces, as applicable, for the retail/service area in accordance with the provisions of subsections D and E of this section.
	Boarding house Dormitory Fraternity Lodging house Rooming house	5 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Convalescent home Nursing home	1 parking space per each 4 beds based on rated design capacity.
	Daycare homes	2 parking spaces.
B.	Parking Class No. 2 - Industrial Uses:
	Abrasive manufacture	2 parking spaces per each 3 employees.

E.	Parking Class No. 5 - Services and Institutions:

	Banks Civic buildings Financial institutions	1 parking space for each 250 square feet of gross floor area.
	Offices - business or professional Blueprinting establishments Employment agencies Photostating establishments Ticket agencies Transportation ticket offices Travel bureaus Animal hospitals Kennels	3.3 parking spaces for each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Hotels Motels	1 parking space per each dwelling unit, plus 1 parking space per each employee, plus additional parking spaces, as applicable, for the retail/service/entertainment area in accordance with the provisions of this subsection and subsections D and F of this Section.
	Dental clinics Dental offices Medical clinics Medical offices	5 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Hospitals Sanitariums	11/2 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Charitable institutions Philanthropic institutions	1 parking space per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Day care centers Nursery schools Preschools	2 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Elementary schools Junior high schools	1 parking space per each employee.
	Senior high schools	1 parking space per each employee, plus 1 parking space for each 6 students based on rated design capacity.
	Colleges Universities	1 parking space per each 2 employees, plus 1 parking space per each 4 students based on rated design capacity.
	Dance schools Music schools Trade schools Vocational schools	1 parking space per each employee, plus 1 parking space per each 3 students based on rated design capacity.
	Religious institutions	1 parking space per each 4 seats based on rated design capacity, plus additional parking spaces, as applicable for the residential/service/cultural area in accordance with the provisions of this subsection and subsection F of this Section.
	Gymnasiums Health clubs Physical culture and health services Reducing salons	5 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Cemeteries Crematories Funeral parlors Mausoleums Undertaking establishments	4 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Drive-in facilities for uses listed in this subsection	2 reservoir/stacking parking spaces or 5 parking spaces per drive-in window, whichever is greater.
F.	Parking Class No. 6 - Cultural, Entertainment and Sports Facilities:
	Amusement establishments	10 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area, plus additional parking spaces, as applicable, for the retail/service/entertainment area in accordance with the provisions of this subsection and subsections D and E of this Section.
	Amusement parks Carnivals Kiddie parks Outdoor amusement facilities	3 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross land area, plus additional parking spaces, as applicable, for the retail/service/entertainment area in accordance with the provisions of this subsection and subsections D and E of this Section.
	Arenas Community Center Stadiums	10 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Clubs Lodges Meeting places for organizations	4 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Cultural institutions	2 parking spaces per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
	Forest preserves Parks Playgrounds	1 parking space per each 5,000 square feet of grassland area.
	Golf courses	60 parking spaces per each 9 holes, plus 1 parking space per each 2 employees, plus additional parking spaces, as applicable, for the retail/service area in accordance with the provisions of subsections D and E of this section.
	Swim clubs Swimming pools	1 parking space per each 75 square feet of water area, plus 1 parking space per each 2 employees, plus additional parking spaces, as applicable, for the retail/service area in accordance with the provisions of subsections D and E of this section.
	Tennis clubs Tennis courts	1 parking space per each 2,000 square feet of court area, plus 1 parking space per each 2 employees, plus additional parking spaces, as applicable, for the retail/service area in accordance with the provisions of subsections D and E of this section.
	Theaters	1 parking space per each 21/2 seats based on rated design capacity.
