§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or provision of the Fire Codes adopted herein shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time, or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
