§ 91.04 GROUP ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   The village has the final determination on any uses, activities or programs. The village reserves the right to reject any requests for any reasons.
   (B)   The village retains the right to ask for proof of insurance or other security measures to protect the village from liability issues and other matters that may affect the village.
