(A) While performing the necessary work herein referred to, the village, the state's Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Illinois Department of Public Health shall observe all safety rules applicable to inspection, testing, installation and maintenance of the system.
(B) The property owner shall be held harmless for injury or death to village employees and the village shall indemnify the property owner against loss or damage to his or her property by village employees and against liability claims and demands for personal injury or property damage asserted against the property owner and growing out of the inspection, testing, installation and maintenance operation, except as such may be caused by negligence or failure of the property owner to maintain safe conditions.

(A) Any person found to be in violation of any provision of §§50.120 through 50.127 shall be served by the village with written notice, by registered or certified mail, stating the nature of the infraction and providing 15 days from the date of the written notice as the time limit for the satisfactory correction of the infraction.
(B) The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all infractions.
(C) Any person who shall continue beyond the time limit provided for the above, shall be guilty and, upon conviction, shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34 for each separate violation.
(E) Further, any person guilty of an infraction of any of the provisions of §§50.120 through 50.127 shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss or damage incurred by the village by reason of the violation including, but not limited to, a charge in accordance with Chapter 34 for each notification required.
(F) Failure to provide evidence of inspection for the 365 days proceeding receipt of notification from the village, in accordance herewith, will subject the owner to an additional fine in accordance with Chapter 34.

2. To accept and abide by all provisions of the Village Code and of all other pertinent codes or ordinances that may be adopted in the future. | |
3. To operate and maintain the wastewater disposal facilities covered by this application in a sanitary manner at all times, in compliance with all requirements of this village and at no expense to the village. | |
4. To notify this municipality at least 48 hours prior to commencement of the work proposed, and again at least 24 hours prior to the covering of any underground portions of the installation. | |
