A transient vendor/solicitor's license issued under § 113.17 is valid only for the specific person to whom it is issued and may not be transferred to another person in any circumstances. Employers, business partners, employees, agents, family members and the like of a licensee are not covered under his or her license, but must obtain individual licenses if also engaged in the licensed activity.
