§ 113.17 ISSUANCE; TERMS; FEE; NON-ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY.
   (A)   When an application is filed and all information and identification found to be satisfactory in accordance with § 113.15, the Clerk-Treasurer may issue a license certificate to the applicant upon payment of the following applicable fee according to the term of the license:

* Valid for one calendar week, month or year from the initial effective date of the license.
   (B)   The license certificate shall state the name of the licensee, the effective date of the license, its termination date and other information as the Clerk-Treasurer deems advisable to include. A license granted under this section does not imply and it shall be a violation of any licensee to represent that the town in any way warrants the quality of any commodity being offered or the honesty and integrity of the licensee or any person whom he or she represents. Once a license is granted, no part of the above fee shall be refundable by any reason.
