Any person required to have a license under the provisions of § 113.15 shall carry the license certificate issued under § 113.17 upon his or her person at all times when conducting the licensed activity within the town, and shall show the same upon request to any law officer or prospective customer. A person exempt from the license requirement pursuant to § 113.16(A)(7) or (A)(8) shall, for purposes of this section, respectively carry upon his or her person his or her military discharge papers (or like official documentation) or his or her state real estate license for purposes of identification and to demonstrate exemption from the town license requirements.
