§ 70.61 CONCURRENT LIABILITY OF PARENTS, GUARDIANS FOR VIOLATIONS BY MINORS.

Any parent, legal guardian or other person having legal custody of a minor child, and who knowingly permits that minor child to violate the provisions of this subchapter, shall be equally liable for that violation and subject to penalties as provided in § 70.99 (C).
