§ 70.47 USE OF PUBLIC PARKING AREAS FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
   Notwithstanding the fact that parking of vehicles may otherwise be permitted, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on the right-of-way of any town street, public parking lot or other town property for any of the following purposes:
   (A)   To repair the vehicle, except only for promptly conducted emergency repairs occasioned by a breakdown of the vehicle while being driven on the street or right-of-way; or,
   (B)   Primarily to show, demonstrate or advertise the vehicle to be for sale, provided, this division is not intended to prevent a person whose vehicle is for sale, and which displays a sign to that effect, from continuing to drive the vehicle for purposes of transportation and to utilize public parking spaces in the normal manner and incidental to that use.
