§ 70.30 TEMPORARY SPEED LIMITS IN CONSTRUCTION AREAS; PROCEDURE FOR ESTABLISHMENT.
   A maximum speed limit of 20 mph for all vehicular traffic is established for any street or public way in which a construction project is in progress in the traveled portion of the street or public way. The Town Marshal shall determine when the project is under way, shall cause proper posting of speed limit signs along the street and public ways, shall determine when the construction project is completed and cause removal of the speed limits signs upon completion.
