No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any of the following described waters or wastes to any public sewers:
   (A)   Any pollutant from any source of nondomestic wastewaters that could pass through or cause interference with the operation or performance of the publicly owned treatment works.
   (B)   A pollutant that could create a fire or explosion hazard in the publicly owned treatment works, including waste streams with a closed cup flashpoint of less than 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius) using the test methods in 40 CFR 261.21.
   (C)   A pollutant that could cause corrosive structural damage to the publicly owned treatment works, including a discharge with pH lower than 5.0, unless the publicly owned treatment works is specifically designed to accommodate such a discharge.
   (D)   A solid or viscous pollutant in an amount that could cause obstruction to the flow in a sewer or other interference with the operation of the publicly owned treatment works, such as, but not limited to, ashes, cinders, sand, mud, straw, shavings, metal, glass, rags, feathers, tar, plastics, wood, unground garbage, whole blood, paunch manure, hair and fleshings, entrails, paper dishes, cups, milk containers and the like, either whole or ground by garbage grinders.

   (F)   Heat in an amount that could:
      (1)   Inhibit biological activity in the publicly owned treatment works and result in interference or damage to the publicly owned treatment works; or
      (2)   Exceed 40 degrees Celsius or 104 degrees Fahrenheit at the publicly owned treatment work treatment plant unless the Commissioner, upon request of the publicly owned treatment works, approves alternate temperature limits.
   (G)   Petroleum, oil, nonbiodegradable cutting oil, or mineral oil origin in an amount that could cause interference or pass through. These pollutants include, but are not limited to, any gasoline, benzene, naphtha, fuel oil or other flammable or explosive liquid, solid or gas.
   (H)   A water, pollutant or waste containing or that could result in the formation or presence of toxic or poisonous solids, liquids or gases in sufficient quantity, either singly or by interaction with other wastes, to injure or interfere with any sewage treatment process, constitute a hazard to humans or animals, create a public nuisance or create any hazard in the receiving waters of the publicly owned treatment works treatment plant.
   (I)   A trucked or hauled pollutant, except:
