§ 50.042 MANDATORY OR PERMISSIBLE DISCHARGE OF UNPOLLUTED WATERS TO STORM SEWERS OR NATURAL OUTLETS.
   Unpolluted water from air conditioners, cooling condensing systems or swimming pools or pretreated industrial cooling water of the kind described by § 50.047, shall be discharged to a storm sewer, where it is available, or to a combined sewer approved by the town. Where a storm sewer is not available, discharge may be to a natural outlet approved by the town and by the state. Other unpolluted water, such as stormwater, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage or unpolluted industrial process water may be admitted to storm sewers which have adequate capacity for their accommodation. No person shall use those sewers, however, without specific permission of the town.
