§ 50.040 INSTALLATION OF GARBAGE GRINDERS; CERTAIN GRINDERS REQUIRING APPROVAL OF SUPERINTENDENT.

The installation and operation of any garbage grinder equipped with a motor of .75 horsepower (.76 horsepower, metric) or greater shall be subject to review and approval by the Superintendent.
