No backfilling or other concealment of the building sewer system may be performed until the inspection required under this section has been performed and all work approved by the Inspector. The applicant for the building sewer permit shall notify the Inspector when the building sewer is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Inspector or the Inspector’s representative. Written confirmation of inspection and approval shall be provided to the property owner and also kept on record by the town.
