§ 130.99 PENALTY.

(A) Violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a civil violation and shall be subject to a civil fine as set forth in § 10.99 of this Code of Ordinances.

(B) Procedures regarding issuance of a citation and hearing before the Code Enforcement Board and appeals shall be governed by §§ 31.15 through 31.29 of this Code of Ordinances.
