§ 154.095 MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES.

(A) The owner of a storm water runoff control facility and/or the developer of each subdivision shall be responsible for properly maintaining each storm water runoff control facility in order for such facility to function according to its design and purpose.

(B) Maintenance provisions for each facility shall be noted on the submittal plans, including suitable access as approved by the approving agency.

(C) Operation and maintenance of storm water control facilities is set forth in more detail in §§ 154.110 through 154.118 of this chapter.
