All applicants shall submit a set of “as-built” plans for any storm water facilities to the approving agency in a form acceptable to the approving agency after final construction is complete. The plans shall demonstrate the final design specifications for all storm water management facilities and must be certified by a professional engineer. A final inspection by the approving agency shall be required before the full release of any posted performance security.
