(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Criminal penalties for the violation of § 153.01 of this chapter shall be a fine not to exceed $250 per day, but not less than $10 per day. Each day shall constitute a separate violation.
(C) Notwithstanding any other provision in § 153.02 of this chapter, any person who shall violate a provision of the Kentucky Building Code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall erect, construct or alter, or repair a building or structure in violation of an approved plan or proper direction of the Building Official, shall be subject to such penalties as are provided in KRS 198B.990 and other applicable law.
