(A) There shall not be permitted to be located within the municipal boundaries of the city a mobile home located outside the confines of an approved mobile home park; except, when a property owner wishes to replace a mobile home used as his or her residence with a more modern mobile home. In this situation, the owner may remove the existing mobile home and replace it with a more modern mobile home within 30 days of the removal of the existing mobile home. Installation of a newer model mobile home more than 30 days after removal of the existing mobile home shall not be permitted.
(B) Any replacement mobile home must be located in a properly zoned area.
