§ 130.07 POLICE RADIOS IN VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful within the city to commit or aid or abet in the commission of equipping or operating any motor vehicle with a high frequency police radio receiving set, unless such motor vehicle is being used by the federal, state or city government, a police officer, or the Mayor or his/her designee.
