§ 112.17 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

Upon completion of the requirements in §§ 112.15 and 112.16 of this chapter for the issuance of the license from the city for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages other than beer and including wine by the drink and the payment of an annual fee of $500, the license shall be issued.
