§ 91.36 INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC WAYS PROHIBITED.

All weeds, bushes or other natural or unnatural interference with any public ways within 200 feet of the centerline of each public way must be cut, cleaned and cleared to provide safety and healthiness to the people of the city.
