§ 71.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 71.01 and 71.02 of this chapter shall, for each and every violation, be fined in the sum of not less than $5, nor more than $500.
