§ 119.34 DUTIES OF LICENSEE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every person licensed under this subchapter and driving or operating a taxicab to be courteous, to refrain from swearing, loud talk or boisterous conduct, to drive his or her motor vehicle carefully and in full compliance with all traffic laws and ordinances and regulations or orders of the Police Department of the city and the Board of Public Works and Safety, and to deal honestly with the public and with his or her employer.
   (B)   Upon the violation of any of the provisions of this section, upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police, the Board of Public Works and Safety may suspend or revoke the license of any offending taxicab driver as provided in this chapter.
