Any taxicab license granted under the terms and provisions of this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the Board of Public Works and Safety, if the taxicab shall, with the knowledge and consent of the owner, be engaged in immoral or illegal business in violation of any provision of this code, other city ordinance, or state or federal law.
