(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) The owner or agent of a junk yard in or upon which a violation shall exist shall have their junk yard license revoked. If the owner or agent continues after notification shall constitute a separate offense. The violation shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $2,500 for any one offense.
(C) Any and all violations of § 117.45 shall be punishable by a fine of no less than $2,500 for a first time offense.
