§ 117.45 ELECTRONIC INVENTORY-TRACKING AND PHOTOGRAPHS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Electronic inventory-tracking. Each and every owner or operator of a pawnshop, pawnbroker and dealer in secondhand goods and junk doing business in the city, shall, within one year of the adoption of this section, maintain an electronic inventory-tracking system with the entity designated by the Police Department which is capable of delivery and transmission of all statutorily-required information via computer.
   (B)   Photographing valuable metals. In addition to maintaining the information described in division (A), a pawnshop, pawnbroker and dealer in secondhand goods and junk doing business in the city shall take and upload to the online entity designated by the Police Department a photograph of:
      (1)   The person from whom the article is being purchased; and
      (2)   The article itself.
