(A) It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person to cause, allow, permit, or suffer any vehicle registered in his or her name to be parked for more than two continuous hours in any of the two-hour parking areas designated in Chapter 74, Schedule II.
(B) Within the two-hour parking zones, all vehicles shall be parked within the lines marked on the streets for the parking spaces.
