(A) Any person ticketed for improper or overtime parking by members of the City Police Department shall pay a fee to the city at the city police station in the amount of $5. However, if the payment is made within 72 hours of the issuance of the ticket, the fee shall be $20.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to pay the fees established in this section within a reasonable period of time.
(C) A violation of any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not provided in divisions (A) or (B) above, shall be punishable as provided under § 10.99.
