   (B)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this schedule for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his or her name to be parked for more than two continuous hours in any of the two-hour parking areas designated hereinabove, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
   (C)   Within the parking zones described above, all vehicles shall be parked within the lines marked on the streets for such parking spaces.
   (D)   Any person ticketed by members or employees of the Police Department for improper or overtime parking in any of the two-hour parking areas described above shall pay a fee to the city at the police station, in the amount of $5. Payment of the fee shall be made within 72 hours from the time of issuance of the ticket. It shall be unlawful and a violation of this schedule for any person to fail to pay the fee within the 72-hour period. If not paid within 72 hours, the fine will be increased to $20.
