§ 30.33 SERVICE OF ORDERS.
   The service of orders provided for in §§ 30.28, 30.29, and 30.30 shall be made by any of the following methods.
   (A)   Delivering a copy of the order to the person.
   (B)   Delivering the order and leaving it with any person in charge of the premises, or, if no person is found upon the premises, by affixing a copy in a conspicuous place on the door to the entrance of the premises.
   (C)   In the event that the person resides within the city, by affixing a copy of the order upon the door to the entrance of his or her residence.
   (D)   If the person is absent from the jurisdiction of the officer making the order, by sending the copy by registered or certified mail to the person’s last known post office address.
