§ 30.31 ORDERS BY DEPUTY INSPECTORS.
   The deputy inspectors provided for in § 30.30 are empowered and authorized to make those orders in respect to the conditions found by them on inspection as are authorized to be made by the Chief in §§ 30.29 and 91.04.
