3-1-3: LICENSE FEES 1 :
   A.   Fee Schedule: Annual license fees for businesses shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 722, 6-16-1997; amd. 2008 Code)
   B.   Manner Of Payment: All licenses herein provided for are payable in advance to the city finance officer. In no case shall the license be granted for longer than one year. (Ord. 660, 2-4-1991; amd. 2008 Code)
