A. All Businesses: For all businesses, except those listed below, the annual license fee shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00).
B. New Businesses: For all new businesses, the annual license fee shall be prorated as follows:
1. If business starts between July 1 and September 30 of any fiscal year, twenty five dollars ($25.00);
2. If business starts between October 1 and December 31 of any fiscal year, eighteen dollars seventy five cents ($18.75);
3. If business starts between January 1 and March 31 of any fiscal year, twelve dollars fifty cents ($12.50);
4. If business starts between April 1 and June 30 of any fiscal year, six dollars twenty five cents ($6.25). (Ord. 722, 6-15-1997, eff. 7-17-1997)
C. Itinerant Vendors: For itinerant vendors the fee is twenty five dollars ($25.00) for a period of ninety (90) days from the date the license is issued.
D. Transient Retail Merchants: For transient retail merchants the fee is twenty five dollars ($25.00) for a period of one week. (Ord. 831, 3-6-2017)
E. Secondhand Dealers: For secondhand dealers, the license fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per year.
F. Home Occupations: For home occupations as defined by the Municipal zoning ordinances 1 , the license fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) per year. (Ord. 722, 6-15-1997, eff. 7-17-1997)
