12-5-1: SUBDIVISIONS CONTAINING FIVE OR FEWER PARCELS:

First minor subdivisions shall be reviewed pursuant to sections 12-5-2 through 12-5-10 of this chapter and subsequent minor subdivisions shall be reviewed pursuant to section 12-5-11 of this chapter. (Ord. 784, 8-6-2007)
