12-5-11: SUBSEQUENT MINOR SUBDIVISIONS:
A subsequent minor subdivision is any subdivision with five (5) or fewer lots that is not a first minor subdivision. Subsequent minor subdivisions shall be reviewed as major subdivisions. All the requirements and procedures of chapter 6 of this title must be followed for subsequent minor subdivisions. However, a park dedication may not be required. (Ord. 784, 8-6-2007)
