Any formal complaint filed for a violation of this chapter shall state the name of the train, such as Amtrack or Burlington Northern, the approximate time and date of the violation, the approximate speed of said train, the train route number, which can be obtained from the Shelby trainmaster, and, if possible, the number of the lead locomotive. Any complaint shall be served on the Shelby trainmaster. (Ord. 644, 3-5-1990)
