(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or erects, constructs, alters or repairs, or has erected, constructed, altered or repaired, a building or structure in violation of a detailed statement or plan submitted and approved under § 1442.01 or of a permit issued under § 1442.01, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) The application of the penalty provided in division (a) hereof shall not prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
