The Building Inspector shall enforce the National Electrical Code, as adopted in § 1424.01, and, in the discharge of his or her official duties, shall have authority, upon proper identification, to enter any dwelling, building, structure or premises at any reasonable hour to enforce and ascertain compliance with the Code.
