The following uses shall be permitted in the B-3 Highway Service Business District, provided a six-foot high obscuring fence is provided on those side and rear yards abutting an R-Residential District and provided, further, that no more than one directional advertisement oriented to each abutting road will be permitted:
(a) Gasoline service stations;
(b) Eating and drinking establishments;
(c) New and used car salesrooms or offices, service and repair shops;
(d) Restaurants or other places serving food or beverages and having the characteristics of a "drive-in";
(e) Passenger transportation agencies and terminals;
(f) Indoor and outdoor recreational activities:
(1) Motion picture theaters;
(2) Swimming pools;
(3) Bowling, billiards and pool;
(4) Skating rinks; and
(5) Other similar activities.
(g) Car washes, completely enclosed;
(h) Other highway service business uses similar in character to the above permitted uses; and
(i) All uses permitted in the B-2 Central Business District.
