§ 1268.02 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses shall be permitted in the R-1 Residential District:

   (a)   One-family dwellings;

   (b)   Public schools, parks and recreational facilities;

   (c)   Cemeteries which lawfully occupied land at the time of the adoption of this Zoning Code; and

   (d)   Accessory buildings and uses as regulated in § 1296.01.
