§ 1062.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 or shall be required to pay for or to otherwise make good the damage, destruction or removal of any park property, or both.
   (b)   Whoever violates § 1062.08(a) shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and procedure.
   (c)   Whoever violates § 1062.08(c) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and shall be fined not more than $100. For a second or subsequent offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
