§ 1062.08 MINORS' CURFEW.
   (a)   All city parks shall be closed at 9:30 p.m. each and every day of the week, except to supervised groups. No minor under the age of 18 years shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public parks of the city between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day.
   (b)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to minors while in supervised school, church, YMCA, scouting or other similarly supervised activity or while on a direct route home to or from any of such supervised activities or within 30 minutes of the closing thereof.
   (c)   No parent, guardian or other person having the care, custody or control of any minor under the age of 18 years shall knowingly permit the minor to violate this section.
